The ArtWorks Gallery presents Winter Yoo-Hoo, ArtWorks' first month-long exhibition of arts and crafts for sale for the holidays.

Secret ArtWorks is a fundraising event featuring the exhibition and sale of 5" x 7" works of art from local, national and international artists. All works of art sell for $75 each. The ‘secret’ behind each piece is the identity of the artist, which is revealed after the work is purchased.

EXPOSED is ArtWorks' annual exhibition featuring top secret artsits from the 2007 Secrets fundraiser. Opening reception (a masquerade ball) is October 31, 6-9 p.m.

"The Best of..." is our annual, juried, members-only exhibition. In its 25th year, the exhibition is regarded as one of Ohio’s best shows. The 2008 juror is Brion Clinkingbeard, deputy director and curator/director of exhibitions at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft in Louisville, KY.

Hyde Park Art Show show is open and free to the public. Most of the 211 exhibitors work in the Tri-state, with some exhibitors coming from as far as Michigan and Florida. The show features artists working in all media including: painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, jewelry, fiber, crafts and multi-media. In addition to the art, you'll find street musicians, street performers and food! In addition, many of the businesses on the square are open for business.

Good Design for the Holidays features the best in hand-crafted contemporary gifts by local and regional artists and artisans. This year, the vendors take over CAC’s lobby Kaplan Hall to display their extraordinary wares. This three-day shopping event begins November 16 at 6-9 pm with an exclusive CAC members-only preview. During this preview, members receive 10% off Good Design merchandise. On November 17 from 6 to11 pm Good Design for the Holidays is open to the public during the opening party for the exhibitions Bunch Alliance and Dissolve and Experimental Personalities: Kate Gilmore and Angie Reed. Come back on Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm for the final day of Good Design.

Secret ArtWorks 2007 celebrates ArtWorks' 11th Anniversary with the exhibition and sale of over 1200 postcard-sized works of art. All art is donated by over 500 local, national and international artists. The secret? The identity of the artist remains hidden until the postcard is purchased and taken off the wall.
